TLC 2018 - Predictions

I've been a follower of WWE for many years. I've never really written about it before but it might be fun to do some predictions for upcoming shows and storylines. No better time to start than now so here's my predictions for TLC 2018.
R-Truth & Carmella vs. Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox (Finals of MMC Season 2)
MMC Season 2 has suffered because of injuries to stars such as Balor, Strowman and Bliss. I don't like the idea of the winner getting the number 30 spot in their respective Royal Rumbles. It's always fun guessing who was coming out at Number 30 and it's a pity it won't happen or matter this year. Let's face it, no one in this match is headlining ‘Mania. I like Truth/Carmella though so I'm going with them for the win.
Rey Mysterio vs. Randy Orton (Chairs Match)
This has the making of a good match. I don't quite get the Chair stipulation but I'm looking forward to seeing how Rey makes use of them and at least one RKO onto the steel. Reys comeback needs the win though so I'm going for him.
Buddy Murphy (c) vs. Cedric Alexander (Cruiserweight Championship)
Likely to be on the pre-show, the Cruiserweight title match at Survivor Series was very enjoyable and I do think it deserves a spot on the main card but with 12 matches it seems unlikely. I think it's too early to take the belt from Murphy and he seems like someone who can carry the title to a new high both in and out of the ring so I'm going with the champ.
Elias vs. Bobby Lashley (Ladder Match)
I. Don't. Care. Ok, now I've gotten that out of the way I'm thinking Lashley with some sort of interference/sitting on shoulders assistance from Rush.
Finn Bálor vs. Drew McIntyre
There's a chance this match won't happen after Finn was not able to appear on Raw due to illness. However, assuming that it goes ahead this could be a barn burner to quote JR. Seeing as this is the first time they're meeting, and that includes the indies, they really deserve to be given enough time to tell a story and show displays of power and agility. This really could be match of the night given a chance. Given Raw needs a Face badly I'm thinking this is going to a DQ win for Finn with McIntyre destroying him at the end.
Natalya vs. Ruby Riott (Tables Match)
Again this has the making of a good match. I don't like how they've built the heat between them but I can't argue that they have. I don't want to see the table from Raw with Jim Neidharts image on it ever again. This match needs to be hard hitting and we need to see Nattie get her revenge but you know what I don't think she will. I think this is the road to Ruby v Ronda and the Rumble and so Ruby with the win.
The Bar (c) vs. The New Day vs. The Usos (SmackDown Tag Team Championships)
Well it's the SDLive Tag Team Titles so of course it's these three teams. The rap battle was fun, the New Day don't need the belts so it's between Usos and Bar. Hard to make a call here to be honest but because I'm a big Seamus, shout out to his Celtic Warrior channel on YouTube, and Caesaro I'm going Bar here.
Becky Lynch (c) vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka (Triple Threat TLC Match For The Smackdown Women's Championship)
This has to be the main event (it won't be tho). This probably the most interesting and potentially brutal match on the whole card. I don't think you can have Ronda, Nia, Becky and Charlotte in the same building and not have interference. So, my prediction is that this match and the Ronda/Nia match will be part of a storyline through the evening. Becky will cost Nia the title by getting involved in their match but in doing so she’ll come face-to-face with Ronda (no actual exchange tho). Nia in turn costs Becky the title but in doing so Asuka takes the win. Becky demands a match at the Rumble but doesn't get it because Raw v SDLive only happens once a year. This leaves Becky free to enter the Rumble where she faces Nia 1-1, either through drawing 1 & 2 or through Nia getting a ring clearing run and then Beckys music hitting. Becky wins the Rumble giving her a shot at Ronda in the main event and freeing the way for Charlotte/Asuka 2 for the SDLive strap.
Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Nia Jax (Raw Women's Championship)
As mentioned above the title won't change hands because of Beckys involvement but I'm predicting a Ronda loss here. Becky blasts Nia causing the DQ.
Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin (TLC Match)
A match with a huge question mark over it. With Vince due on Raw on Monday night I don't see Baron winning this. I'm going for a Strowman two minute destruction.
Seth Rollins (c) vs. Dean Ambrose (Intercontinental Championship)
I actually like Bane Ambrose but unfortunately this feud just hasn't landed for me. Even ignoring the extremely distasteful comments made about Roman it just hasn't worked. The balance of physicality hasn't worked for me. That said these two stars have the talent to pull off a great match. Seth has to be heading to Lesnar at ‘Mania and even if he wasn't I don't think he needs the belt anymore. It's Dean's time. I also think we’re seeing a new shield so curious if we get a run-in from a Dean ally.
Daniel Bryan (c) vs. AJ Styles (WWE Championship)s

AJ had a long year as champion with no time off so I don't see him taking the belt back so quickly. As well as that Daniel’s character has the makings of a great heel and I think he needs a good run with the title to cement it. Bryan to retain in a clean win.
